Coding Minecraft Introductory

(Part I – II)

Overview: Changing arrow’s explosive power, bounciness of golden block, game mode and difficulties…from basic programming components to more complex changes, students will have fun in changing/programming the Minecraft worlds to their like.

Age: Apprentice (Age 7-14)

This is an online camp. Each lesson lasts for 3 hours and this course completes in 2 lessons.

Coding Minecraft Intermediate A

(Part I – II)

Overview: Be the player to mine the most blocks in this timed hunt for stolen goods! Watch out, there’s a bank robber in town and they’ve hidden their stolen goods all over the map! It’s your job to go head to head against the other players and find the most boxes to win! Use loops, conditionals, and timers to add players into different teams and add different rounds into a treasure hunt game.

Age: Apprentice (Age 7-14)

This is an online camp. Each lesson lasts for 3 hours and this course completes in 2 lessons.

Coding Minecraft Intermediate B

(Part I – II)

Overview: Build an infinite mob arena game, to fight alone or with friends! Oh, and did we mention you’ll be fighting blazes whilst you do it? Want to be the greatest Minecraft Spartan warrior of all time? Learn programming basics while creating wave after wave of mobs to fight in a Spartan training arena. Learn programming basics such as loops, methods and variables to create this mob fighting mini-game. Battle increasingly harder waves of enemies that multiply every round.

Coding Minecraft Intermediate C

(Part I – II)

Overview: Battle your friends to have the last egg still in tact and become champion of the server! Details to tend to include notification on eggs being placed and eggs being broken, signals on game start, building base for eggs etc. This course will allow you to expand your knowledge of adding rules to a PVP game, as well as learn more about structure generation and for loops

Coding Roblox Introductory

(Part I – II)

Overview: From Prison Escape to Barrel Roll, students will build a Roblox game from the very beginning to completion. Isn’t it fun to dictate the rules in a game?

Age: Apprentice (Age 7-14)

This is an online camp. Each lesson lasts for 3 hours and this course completes in 2 lessons.

Coding Roblox Intermediate A

(Part I – II)

Box Car Racer: Create a box racing game where the fastest racer wins! Students learn how to code checkpoints, a finish line and write clean code in this fast-paced box racing game! This Roblox course shows you how to structure code well and add a finish line to the track using inheritance.

Alien Attack: You have been abducted by aliens! In this game, players must avoid exploding alien orbs by hopping from one to another for the longest time possible with their points ticking up the longer the player survives. How long can you survive?

Coding Roblox Intermediate B

(Part I – II)

Epic Prison: Escape prison for the second time, this time using only Epic Mode! Avoid the flashing lasers and use your dynamite slingshot to help Agent Jed escape an even tougher prison! This course is ideal for getting to grip with syntax and typing Lua. Code a familiar game while learning new skills and take the next step towards becoming a programming pro.

Wrestleball: Stay in the centre of the arena the longest and throw balls at your opponents to keep them out! In Wrestleball, players must face off in the wrestling arena, firing balls to knock each other out of the centre. The player who stays in the centre the longest is the winner! In this course you’ll learn how to make an arena-based PVP game using vectors, loops and a score system. It’s perfect for confident Roblox fans who are familiar with the Code Editor.

Coding Roblox Intermediate C

(Part I – II)

Ninja Obby: Work on your parkour skills while navigating this tricky obstacle course! Players must use their top ninja skills to navigate their way through the course, avoiding the deadly obstacles and trying not to fall of the platforms. In this course you will learn some of the more complex Lua coding constructs, such as vectors.

Game Dev Tycoon: Control your own Game Dev world by earning money so you can upgrade your developer studio. This is a course where you’ll not only learn how to make a Roblox tycoon game but also how to create a tycoon game kit. Game Dev Tycoon covers recursion, point systems and the parent/child structure of Roblox code.

Cyber Virtual Robotics Introductory A

(Part I – II)

Overview: Want to experience virtual robotics but too scared is is too difficult? In this course, you will learn all the basics of robotics to jump start your virtual robotics journey.

Cyber Virtual Robotics Introductory B

(Part I – II)

Overview: With ruby’s excellent navigation tools, help Ruby explore through thin and dangerous roads. This course will encourage students to plan for the most efficient route through using different tools such as color sensors, precision manuevers and more.

Overview: Learn to make toys around the theme of Easter while learning different STEM concepts to make these holidays more meaningful and wonderful!

LEGO EV3 Robotics Camp

(Olympics & Robot Surgeon)

Overview: Learn more about robotics through LEGO EV3. Build and code the robots to take part in competitions in the Olympics or send the robot on a mission to explore Mars. Whether it be Olympics or Mars Mission, everyone will learn more about robotics from this course.

LEGO Wedo Robotics Camp

(Let’s Get Moving & Rescue Heroes)

Let’s Get Moving – Overview: Ever wonder how all the different vehicles that we use as transportation, such as cars, ferries and airplanes, work? In this course, students can out more about the world of mechanics through building different vehicles using LEGO WeDo and learning more about how these machines we use on a almost daily basis function.

Rescue Heroes – Overview: Natural disasters are natural processes of the Earth and can have many adverse effects on the life of humans. To combat them, many different machines have been created, either to lessen the impact or for rescue after a natural disaster. In this course, students learn about some of these machines and how they are used during or after natural disasters.
